Do you feel like you’re running in place at work?

Maybe you aren’t able to effectively communicate with your boss or with your team? Does it feel like you’re on a different page?

Or do you feel as if the big, audacious goals are out of your reach?

Perhaps you don’t even feel as if you fit into your role or company anymore.

UnStick Yourself!

James and JimiBeth will lead you through a group centered, experiential five week intensive program designed to help identify the specific challenges that you have you feeling stuck, identify the skills that you need to change your situation, and practice those skills.

Each week will focus on a specific theme:

  1. Curiosity

  2. Creativity

  3. Compassion

  4. Courage

  5. Commitment

You’ll leave this session feeling empowered to make change in your work life, and you will have the tools to do so.

The sessions will feature experiential, equine facilitated activities.

This intensive program will meet for five weeks only, and will focus on key concepts that will help you create the movement necessary to help you accomplish your work/life goals.
